Let’s get real.
Most partnerships aren’t destroyed by the market.
They’re wrecked by silence, assumptions, and sloppy agreements.
You start with excitement.
You shake hands.
You split everything 50/50.
Then six months in, someone’s not pulling their weight.
Or someone’s spouse wants answers.
Or the business starts making real money, and nobody agrees on what to do with it.

Now you’re not just bleeding cash.
You’re bleeding trust.
I’ve seen it too many times.
Guys with good skills, good equipment, and good intentions burned to the ground because they didn’t do the hard talk upfront.
This Isn’t Legal Advice. It’s Leadership.
If you’re starting a business with a partner and you don’t have a written operating agreement, you’re gambling with your time, your money, and your future.
You need structure before scale.
And clarity before cash.
Here’s what that looks like in the real world:
- Who owns what percentage?
- Who gets paid what, and when?
- Who makes the final call when there’s disagreement?
- What happens if one of you quits, dies, or disappears?
- Are you both bringing in gear, tools, or property? Who owns it?
- Can one of you sell your half to someone else?
- What’s the plan if you shut the business down?
These aren’t “maybe one day” questions.
They’re day-one decisions.
If You Don’t Handle This Now, You’ll Handle It in Court Later
A lot of coaches won’t say it this directly.
I will:
If your partnership isn’t structured, your partnership isn’t stable.
And if you want to run a business, not just own a job, you need to think like a leader, not a laborer.
This Is Where Coaching Comes In
You don’t need another YouTube video.
You need real conversations with someone who’s built businesses, been burned, and bounced back better.
That’s what I do.
I coach people through the stuff that matters:
- Building real structure
- Setting revenue targets that match your life goals
- Pricing for profit, not survival
- Navigating partnerships, exits, and growth without losing your mind
- Leading with clarity when things get messy
If you’re ready to get serious about your business, whether you’re just starting or already in deep, I’ve got space for people who want to execute, not just talk.
