About
About Jeff Robertson Speaker. Strategist. Street-Tested Leader.I’m not here to play it safe. I’ve lived the highs and lows. From running DEA task force operations to getting arrested for DUI while I was still wearing the badge. My story isn’t about a squeaky-clean resume. It’s about redemption, resilience, and building something meaningful after everything fell apart.I was raised by a teenage single mom in a small rural town, surrounded by chaos, cops, and trauma. By 15, I was already deep into public safety: dispatching 911 calls, riding ambulances, and chasing adrenaline. That chaos became my normal. For years, I thought being in control of the storm meant I was okay.I wasn’t.It took hitting rock bottom to realize I had built my identity around other people’s emergencies. My biggest transformation didn’t come from a promotion or a paycheck. It came from learning how to lead myself first. Now, I coach others to do the same.
What I Do Now
Today, I’m a business strategist, motivational speaker, and host of The Jeff Robertson Show. I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and impact-driven professionals turn their setbacks into strategies. I’ve owned gyms, built businesses, led undercover operations, and I’ve failed forward more times than I can count.Whether I’m on stage, behind a mic, or inside a team’s meeting room, my message is the same: You’re not broken. You’re being built.I work with:Business owners stuck between survival and strategyAdvisors trying to lead others while still healing themselvesHigh performers who look good on the outside but are falling apart insideI’ve learned that growth doesn’t always look like a straight line up. Sometimes it’s roots growing deeper before anything breaks through the surface.

My Mission
To help others lead from alignment, not performance. To build better leaders at home, in business, and in legacy. To pass on what I’ve learned the hard way so fewer people have to break to grow.If you’re ready for the polished-suit, corporate-safe version, keep looking. If you want real talk, a proven strategy, and someone who’s walked through hell and found clarity on the other side, let’s go.
